Anticipating forty major companies sending their newspaper media buyers to NAA mediaXchange, we are building meeting rooms for them to engage with their newspapers partners.  The Advertiser Lounge sponsors will have exclusive access to the secured, newspaper - executive only meeting area, branding at the entrance to Marsalis Hall, and branding for the reception, waiting area and other amenities provided for these key newspaper customers.

Lanyards for Badges

Every  participant at NAA mediaXchange will need their badge for all events -- most prefer to wear lanyard to clipping to their jacket.  Your brand can be "walking around" everywhere!  NAA can secure lanyards, or provide your own (to NAA specifications) and save $1500 on the sponsorship fee while still crediting the full amount to your sponsorship level!

Footprints

NAA mediaXchange attendees will walk all over your brand!  Up to fifty 2'x2' decals will be affixed to the carpet through the common areas (Reunion, Trinity and Landmark lobbies) with your message, leading attendees right to your booth in The eXchange!

Standing Signs - "Meter Panels"  Row 1

From the registration desk, in the main hallway past the general session room and exhibit hall, and continuing to the breakout and luncheon rooms, positions have been identified for standing signs.

Prime Banner Positions -- Get Branded!  Row 1

As attendees move from the conference hotel lobby to the conference area, there are prime banner positions approaching registration, the entrance to the sessions and towards The eXchange. Up to 12 attention getting banners will be hung, 5'w x 3' 3' h.

Three, and only three positions available for website sponsors, these appear on every page within the mediaXchange.naa.org website AND on the new mediaXchange tab on the NAA Facebook company page launching next week.  Commit early, the ads will run as soon as you sign on and remain until mediaXchange 2012 takes over the website.  You can change your ad monthly to keep fresh.

Registration Badge Mailing Insert

Provide a single sheet, 8 1/2" x 11" promotional piece to be included in the mailing to registrants (February 15 Beth?) with their badge, and a second mailing to all others registered by March 10. Plan on 600 pieces, which must be delivered to NAA by February 28, 2011.
