Welcome to the mediaXchange Exhibitor Services Center
Important checklist for our confirmed exhibitors and sponsors at NAA mediaXchange 2010:
1. Confirmed Exhibitors and Sponsors have received signon information to access services. They also are receiving weekly (Wednesday) updates to the list of registered attendees
2. The Exhibitor Service Center is open, sign in, and from the left navigation rail:
a. Update your company profile – NOTE the deadline for the print program was February 17, 2010 – this was a hard deadline to the production house. Exhibitors confirmed after February 17 will be listed in an addendum available onsite, and profiles will be available online. Note only the first fifty words of the online company description will be included in the addendum. A good profile, up-to-date contact information and sales brochures for prospects to download are key elements to double check
b. Review Sponsorship Opportunities, including onsite banners, standing signs and other ways to be more visible to attendees
c. Register yourself and your staff. Note anyone other than full time employees must be approved in advance by NAA – contact me directly
d. Make your reservations at the conference hotel
e. Search attendees who are using “myXchange” with your Prospect Manager
f. Reply to attendees seeking appointments with you with your Appointment Manager
g. Place Announcements in the “Countdown to the Show” reaching almost 20,000 newpaper executives weekly. Some issues are sold out or close to sold out, book soon.
h. Download NAA mediaXchange and NAA Associate Member logos to use in your promotion
i. Submit Press Releases, for attendees as well as the working press
j. Request suites or space for affiliated meetings (very limited space available)
3. Consider participating in the Supplier Showcase, making a 12 minute presentation to attendees in one of three tracks during the program on Monday afternoon:
a. Digital Media: Sold out
b. Revenue: Sold Out
c. eReaders/Paid Content: Two of five positions available
4. Full page program ads CLOSED
5. See the Spotlight Banner and Standing Sign options at the top of the Sponsorship Opportunities page
