Note the exhibit hall will be open for a total of 16.5 hours, 9.5 hours will be enhanced by events on the exhibit floor with no scheduled program sessions. Hours subject to changes as the program develops, please check for updates.

Exhibit Rates

Demonstration kiosks with 5a/500w electric: $2500
10x10 Exhibit Space with choice of furnishings and 5amp/500w electric: $3500
20x10 Exhibit Space with choice of furnishings (2) and 5amp/500w electric (2): $7000
20x20 Exhibit Space with no furnishings or utilities: $17,500

In addition to the furniture packages for Demonstration Kiosks and Inline (10x10, 10x20) booths, NAA mediaXchange has made arrangements for Freeman Company to make a several options for enhanced decorations available for booths of all sizes. Important Details

Exhibit space is available to NAA Associate Members in good standing with dues paid through 12/31/10. NAA dues for 2010 will be $1000 for companies with revenues up to $2mm, $2000 for companies with revenues of $2mm or more.

Companies wishing island (20x20) space, please advise Kevin McCourt 571-366-1055 to choose an ideal location.

There will be no sharing companies.

Exhibitor Registration will provide access to exhibit hall, sessions, and all conference sessions (not affiliated meetings). Tickets for other events, including welcome reception, NAA Gavel Passing Luncheon and Fun night may be added to the complimentary registration at the published price. Exhibitor Registrations maybe used only by full time employees of the company, or designated representatives approved in advance. A limited number of additional Exhibitor Registrations may be purchased at $200.

Demonstration Kiosk includes one, each 10x10 Exhibit Space will include two Exhibitor Registrations.
